At The Detox Market, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened or gently used, and within the 30-day return window; please note that samples and final sale items are non-refundable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original box if possible, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
